LINE TRIANGLE CIRCLE SCULPTURES
These sculptures are made mainly inspired by the art of theatre. The sculptures are designed using the elements of design which are namely: lines, triangles and circles.
Using the lines it portrays different movement and emotion of theatre which is seen from the zig zag lines. However it comes with a special feature when viewed from a different angle which shows a figure of a man kneeling with his arms pointing upwards which is a very common pose for actors to do in a play which shows movement and the emotion of hope.
The multiple triangles it forms a shape of a hand. Each of the triangles used symbolizes a character that is played by the actors which in all together creates the emotion and action of a play. The artwork which is the shape of a hand is also positions palm opened facing upwards to show the emotion of hope in a play.
The artwork is a circle covered with more circles in one side and none in the other. This shows a design just like a mask to be covered in one side just like the facades actors would use to portray their characters.
